Carbon Lake House

The Carbon Lakehouse is an open concept living and kitchen space with attached bedrooms. The homeowner desired a simple space that maximized a view of the lake below. Used as a weekend get-away, the common area is exagerated and bedrooms reduced in an effort to maximize group interactions. The island connects the kitchen and living spaces and provides surface space for communal food spreads and group activities.
