Isla St. (remodel)

Rather than move out and buy a larger home, these homeowners opted to remodel and addon to this 1200sqft 1940s home. This project helped the home grow from a 3 bed/ 1 bath into a 4 bed/ 2 bath home. Additional features include a separated home office, 3.5 walled courtyard, 10'x13' woodshop, separate exercise space, two car garage, AND an 800sqft garage apartement "mother-inlaw suite."
